Basic home health care can be the only assistant you will need in an emergency, other times it can be the first step before professional medical help can reach the patient at the site of an emergency.
I am deeply saddened at the news of the death of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. I could hardly even sleep last night as I continued to ask myself, is Michael Jackson really gone.
He was an ICON in life and he will be a great movement in death. He has touched the world in ways people really never stop to consider, they knew he was big but the man was larger than life.
I remember as a child when my parents would be out and my older brothers and sister and I would practice Michael Jackson dance moves on a saturday evening in our home in rural Jamaica.
I am deeply saddened by his death and I believe for many his death is a personal loss too.
Farewell my friend, may your family and friend and fans find courage and peace in this time of our bereavement.
Home Health Care Club
It is my intention to capture the youth from the age of nine (9) years to seventeen (17) years old and train them to CARE FOR THE ELDERLY IN THEIR HOMES through a training program I have developed based on my eleven (11) years experience working as a Practical Nurse.
It is my intention to encapsulate my experience into an incentive based training course provided at Home Health Care Associates Club through TIME SAVERS INVESTMENT for the sole purpose of introducing these children to emergency health situations using visual aids and without adult mature content.
These clubs will be found throughout the length and breadth of Jamaica over a five (5) year period of time.
It is believed that with the active involvement of both children and their parents in our club activities we will create a deepened interest in the medical profession and some of our members will develope into professional Nurses and Doctors with further studies elsewhere in years to come.
With this additional infrastucture that has been put in place I hope this initiative we will assist in reduction of the crime and voilence in our country Jamaica. OUR ISLAND HOME AND THE LAND WE LOVE.
